Program was developed and implemented in connection with a national campaign to reduce bullying in schools in Norway. Major goal is the reduction of victim/bully problems among primary and secondary school children. It aims to increase awareness of the problem, to achieve active involvement on the part of teachers and parents, to develop clear rules against bullying behavior, and to provide support and protection for the victims of bullying. Book Nine from the series Blueprints is an initiative (designed by the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence) to identify violence prevention programs.
