Discovery kit is a literature-based interdisciplinary social studies and language arts program, which uses geography as the core discipline. Emphasizes reading, writing, critical thinking, and basic map and globe skills. Contents: two teachers guide, Literature Based guide, booklet of copymasters, 25 marking pens, and three sets of 25 each student laminated desk maps for hands-on activities. Maps included: landscape picture and U.S./World.
