PLS-5 is an individually administered test used to identify children who have a language disorder or delay designed for use with children from birth through 7 years 11 months. Test is composed of two subscales: Auditory Comprehension and Expressive Communication. In addition to evaluating receptive and expressive language skills, PLS-4 includes three supplemental assessments: The Language Sample Checklist, The Articulation Screener, and Home Communication Questionnaire. Administration time is 25-50 minutes. Contents: Examiner's Manual, Administration and Scoring Manual, Picture Manual, manipulatives, and Record Forms.
