HAPP-3 (formerly the APP-R) is a standardized test that is norm-referenced (normative data provided for ages 3-8) and also criterion-referenced. Designed for children (ages 2 and up) with highly unintelligible speech. Testing time is 15-20 minutes (comprehensive) and 2-5 minutes (screening). Objects and a few picture are used to elicit 50 stimulus words.
