A Japanese fish printing kit that allows students to create Gyotaku art. A video/DVD (Gyotaku: Japanese Fish Printing) describes the process of Gyotaku, with the entire process demonstrated by Cherry Sweig, a Gyotaku artist. She illustrates the method of using real fish, then uses rubber forms of leaves similar to the fish forms in this kit. The video/DVD tells the history of Gyotaku art, which originally began as a way Japanese fisherman recorded the size and species of the fish they caught.
