Individual Student Kit provides hands-on activities to help a student examine the sounds of words in a logical progression. Picture rods can be used to identify and segment syllables, isolate sounds at the beginning, middle and end of picture names, blend and segment sounds, etc. The Alphabet rods can be used for letter identification, alphabetical order, and for matching sounds to symbols.
