Social Scenes and Facial Expressions CD provides assistance for those who are working on social/pragmatic skills. There are six environments with approximately 10 video clips at each environment. The videos were taken in a van, grocery store, restaurant, school, school bus, and playground. Students are required to determine if the behavior they witnessed was friendly or unfriendly. Skills addressed are physical space, appropriate voice volume and asking appropriate questions among others. The Facial Expressions sections show various people with happy, sad, mad and frustrated facial expressions. Students are then prompted to choose the appropriate word that matches the expression. | |
