Resource is for school counselors working with special needs students. Provides teaming and collaboration tips, tools, resources, and reminders. Chapters focus on the school counselor's role in special education, working within teams to meet the needs of students with disabilities, counseling services provided to students with disabilities, the counselor's role in behavior supports, and the transition process for students with disabilities.
