The transition to middle school is daunting to most, but for students with autism spectrum disorders, it can be a veritable mine field of hidden curriculum rules, social misunderstanding, cliques, etc. Based on her own experiences, Haley Moss, a teenager with Asperger Syndrome, shares what worked and what didn't work for her, to help others avoid some of the pitfalls of fitting in, making friends, and doing well academically.
