Teacher and four students, ages from early elementary through junior high, demonstrate aerobic exercising while counting by groups of numbers, from 2 through 10, and invite viewers to join along. Exercises cover many major muscle groups including: Quadriceps, hamstrings, abductors, hip flexors, gastrocnemius, Achilles tendon, triceps, pectoralis major and minor, latissimus dorsi, trapezius, and deltoids. Exercises show low, medium, and high intensity versions. These may be done in the classroom or gym. Instructor is a former elementary school teacher and a certified aerobics instructor. Students build stronger bodies and stronger math skills simultaneously. | |
